FINE PRINT OF CRAFTSBURY ANTIQUES & UNIQUES

Craftsbury Common is a beautiful venue in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. It is a popular summer destination for visitors with gorgeous views, abundant outdoor activities, and traditional New England charm.

Date & Time:  Saturday, July 13th, 2024, from 9:00am-3:00pm.

Vendor Set-up and Take Down:  Vendors may set-up their spaces either Friday night 4pm to dark or Saturday between 6:00am and 8:45am. Take down begins after 3:00pm and must be complete by 5:00pm. No early departures.

Vendor Criteria:  We accept vendors who sell antiques, vintage items, artisan crafts, artwork, flowers, plants, food or beverages.  If you'd like to be a vendor, but your products don't fit into one of these categories, give us a call. If you'd like to have a site, but are not directly selling a product (ex: real estate agencies, non-profit organizations, etc.) you may want to become a sponsor. For more information, see the next category.

Sponsors:  If you'd like to become a sponsor of the 2024 Craftsbury Antiques & Uniques Festival, go to www.craftsburyantiquesanduniques.com/sponsors for more information and options.

Vendor Parking:  All vehicles (except Food Trucks) MUST be off the festival grounds inside the fence by 8:30am. There is limited parking for vendors outside of the Common fence, on a first come first served basis.  Free parking is also available nearby with Vendor Parking Pass.

Pack in/Pack out: You must leave your space free of trash or other materials.

Tables:  You will need to provide your own tables and chairs for your site.

Shuttle: There will be a free shuttle bus running from 8:00am until the end of the event to bring you back and forth to the Dustan Field parking area if you need to restock items.

Weather: This is a “rain or shine” event. No cancellations or refunds will be made after
May 1, 2024.

Site Sizes: Sites located under the big tents are 10’x15’. Regular field and food vendor field sites are 10’x20’. Large food vendor field spaces are 10’x25’. If you have reserved a field space, we encourage you to bring your own pop-up tent that fits within the allocated space.

Water & Electricity:  There are no water sources readily available on the Common.  Electricity is limited and will only be available in certain designated areas.  If you need electricity, please contact us to discuss availability, appropriate sites and cost.  Approval is required.  You will need to have a heavy-duty 3-prong extension cord in good repair.  Large food vendors will be given priority.

WIFI:  We are working on expanding the WiFi to improve coverage on the Common this year, but cannot guarantee every site will have WiFi coverage.  Please plan accordingly.

ATM:
An ATM will be available at the Gazebo on the Common for visitors.

Alcohol:  If you plan to sell alcoholic beverages you will need to submit a copy of your catering event permit and insurance coverage. Failure to do so will result in inability to participate in the event.

No “last minute” vendors: To participate in Craftsbury Antiques & Uniques, you must apply no later than Wednesday, July 3rd.

Food Vendors:  Vendors offering consumable foods will have two options this year - a regular (10’x20’) site or a large (10’x25’) site. Space is limited, so if you'd like a large site, send your application in soon! We will highlight food vendors in our advertising, social media, website and program guide.

Promotion:  As a vendor, we are asking you to help promote the event by word-of-mouth, social media posts and by distributing Antiques & Uniques post cards in your local area.  We will promote your business on our website and Facebook page.  Vendors must send a photo, (preferred size is 800x600, otherwise will be cropped), by mail or email before we can approve your application.

Application Review & Confirmation: We will review vendor applications as they are received and will make the approval decision within two weeks. You will be notified of our decision by email.

Vendor Fee Payment: You may send your vendor fee payment with your application, or once you are notified that your application has been approved. Make checks out to
Craftsbury Antiques & Uniques, PO Box 55, Craftsbury, VT 05826 or pay online at www.craftsburyantiquesanduniques.com/application.

Site Assignments: Please review the attached site map carefully, as site numbers have changed. If you would like a general area, you may request it, but we cannot guarantee it will be available. We will email your site number the week before the event, and it will be available at the registration booth as well.

Cancellation: The Town of Craftsbury reserves the right to cancel the 2024 Antiques & Uniques festival for good cause, in which case all vendor payments will be refunded in full.

Things we’re working on: We are planning to have some fantastic entertainment and activities throughout the day, including live music, face painting & demonstrations.
