FINE PRINT FOR VENDORS AT CRAFTSBURY ANTIQUES & UNIQUES

Location: Craftsbury Common is a beautiful venue in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Craftsbury is a popular summer destination for visitors, with gorgeous views, abundant outdoor activities, and traditional New England charm.

Date & Time:  Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 9:00am-3:00pm.

Vendor Criteria: We accept vendors who sell antiques, vintage items, artisan crafts, artwork, flowers, plants, food or beverages.  If you'd like to be a vendor, but your products don't fit into one of these categories, send us an email. If you'd like to have a site, but are not directly selling a product (ex: real estate agencies, non-profit organizations, etc.) you may want to become a sponsor. For more information, see the next category.

Sponsors:  If you'd like to become a sponsor of Craftsbury Antiques & Uniques 2025, visit our sponsor page for more information. Sponsors have the option to have a field site at the event.

Vendor Set-up and Take Down:  Vendors may set-up their spaces on either Friday night from 5pm until dark, or Saturday morning between 6:00am and 8:45am. Take down begins after 3:00pm and must be complete by 5:00pm. No early departures.

Vendor Parking:  There is limited parking for vendors outside of the Common fence, on a first come first served basis. Vendors will receive one free parking pass to park at Dustan Field. There is a shuttle bus between the parking area and the Common throughout the day. Vendors (except Food Trucks) MUST remove all vehicles from the Common (inside the fence) no later than 8:30am and will be allowed to re-enter shortly after 3:00 pm.

Pack in/Pack out: You must leave your space free of trash or other materials.

Tables:  You will need to provide your own tables and chairs for your site.

Shuttle: There will be a free shuttle bus running from 8:00am until the end of the event to bring you back and forth to the parking area if you need to restock items.

Weather: This is a “rain or shine” event, so plan accordingly. No cancellations or refunds will be made after May 1, 2025. Some vendors choose to have event insurance.

Site Sizes: Sites located under the big tents are 12’x12’. Field sites are either 10’x15’ or 10’x20’. Food vendor spaces are 10’x20’ or 10’x25’. If you reserve a Field Site, plan to bring a pop-up tent or canopy that fits within the allocated space. Dimensions are Width x Depth, so a 10’x15’ site is 10’ deep and has a width of 15’.

Water & Electricity:  There are no water sources readily available on the Common. Electricity is limited and will only be available at certain designated sites. If you need electricity, please email us about your needs. We can discuss available sites and cost. Approval is required. To connect, you will need a heavy-duty 3-prong extension cord in good repair. Large food vendors will be given priority.

WIFI:  We are working on improving and expanding the wifi coverage on the Common this year, but cannot guarantee every site will have coverage. Please plan accordingly and consider using an app like Square, that allows you to store and process transactions when wifi is available.

ATM:
An ATM will be available on the Common for visitors.

Alcohol:  If you plan to sell alcoholic beverages you will need to submit a copy of your catering event permit and insurance coverage. Failure to do so will result in inability to participate in the event.

Application Deadline: Applications must be received no later than Wednesday, July 2, 2025. Apply early so you won’t miss out!

Food Vendors:  Vendors serving consumable meals have two options: a 10’x20’ Food Vendor site or an extra large 10’x25’ Food Vendor site, which has good access and is suitable for a Food Truck. Space is limited, so if you'd like a large site, send your application in soon! We will promote food vendors in our advertising, social media, website and program guide.

Promotion:  As a vendor, we are asking you to help promote Antiques & Uniques on your website, by word-of-mouth, email communications, social media posts and by distributing Antiques & Uniques post cards to your contacts and in your local area. We will promote your business on our website, Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as on Front Porch Forum, in print ads, posters and multiple event calendars.  Vendors must send one photo of their products, under 1 MB, (preferred size is 800x600, otherwise it will be cropped), along with the application.

Application Review & Confirmation: We will review vendor applications as they are received and will make the approval decision within two weeks. Incomplete applications will not be considered. You will be notified of our decision by email.

Vendor Fee Payment: If submitting a paper application, please include the vendor fee payment along with your application. Check payments will be held until an approval decision has been made. Make checks out to: Craftsbury Antiques & Uniques, PO Box 55, Craftsbury, VT 05826. We prefer that you complete your vendor application online.  Payments can be made online through Municipay.

Site Assignments: We are not publishing a site plan at this time, because we are in the process of designing a new, more interesting layout! This means that, if you are a returning vendor, you may not have the exact same site you had last year, but we will work hard to meet your needs. The information you provide on your application will let us know what’s most important to you. If you enjoyed your location last year, let us know, and we will look that up and try to give you a similar site. If you would like a general area, you may request it, but we cannot guarantee it will be available. Apply early for the most options! We will email the site plan and your site number the week before the event. It will be available at the registration booth when you check in, as well.

Liability: Vendors are responsible for the liability of their tents as well as what occurs within their space. Some vendors choose to carry event insurance.

Cancellation: The Town of Craftsbury reserves the right to cancel Antiques & Uniques for good cause.
